As a rule, the use of our website is possible without entering any personal data. Provided that personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) is ascertained, this is effected, wherever possible, on a voluntary basis. When using this general data and information, Galerie Christian Lethert does not draw conclusions regarding the person concerned. Instead, this information is necessary in order to (1) correctly transmit our website contents, (2) to optimise the content of our website and the respective advertising, (3) to ensure the permanent functionality of our IT systems and the technology of our website, and (4) to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for law enforcement in the case of cyber attacks. Galerie Christian Lethert evaluates the anonymously collected data and information for statistical purposes and furthermore for purposes of increasing data protection and security within our company and ultimately to ensure an optimal level of protection of the personal data processed by us. The anonymous server log files are stored separately from any other personal data submitted by the person concerned.
We have concluded an agreement with our hoster, Kontent GmbH, to ensure that all transmitted data (even if it does not comprise personal data) is processed in compliance with the GDPR.

In the context of our online services, we use “cookies” of which you will be informed automatically when accessing our website and which you can consent to.
